Why HireWise

I’ve spent 25 years in senior global leadership roles, leading go-to-market and owning P&L across international markets. I’ve also worked inside early-stage startups and a venture studio backing founders from day one. Having sat on both sides, I saw a clear gap - and that’s what HireWise is built to solve.
 

This idea goes back further. My father worked in what we’d now call a fractional role for over 20 years - not consulting or freelancing, but accountable leadership on his own terms. Those were the most fulfilling years of his career. I now see the same pattern with my peers - experienced leaders moving away from full-time roles and emerging sharper, freer, and more energised.
 

Two generations, one pattern. HireWise is built to make that pattern accessible by design - not by chance.
 

What we are building

HireWise is being built as a curated fractional talent platform connecting vetted senior professionals with high-growth startups and SMEs. We’re not a job board or a freelance marketplace. We focus on fit - every expert vetted, every match made for impact, not availability.
 

For experts, it offers autonomy without the struggle of going solo. For companies, it provides access to high-calibre leadership exactly when it’s needed.
