Basic Terms & Conditions
For Clients and Experts Engaging HireWise Services:
HireWise implements a transparent pricing model that includes a matchmaking and service fee of 10% of the total project or assignment value, applicable to both the Client and the Expert engaging Hirewise's services.
Furthermore, we charge the client a flat monthly fee of INR 2500 for each expert and each project. This fee covers essential services such as contract management, invoicing, administrative support, and comprehensive account management, ensuring that all aspects of your project are handled efficiently and effectively.
The Client will pay (as agreed for the project or assignment) through HireWise and not directly to the Expert.
When a company hires a HireWise expert full-time, we charge the company a recruiting fee. The fee is equal to 15% of the Expert's first-year guaranteed cash compensation as a full-time employee and is due 15 days after the start date.
All billing and invoicing will be through HireWise. As per the agreed payment terms and conditions, the Client will pay the experts through HireWise, not directly.
Once HireWise makes the introductions, the Client and the Experts should only commercially engage through HireWise. Non-adherence will be considered a breach of agreement and attract appropriate legal and financial penalties.
All the other terms and conditions will be outlined in a contract, which is shared individually with the respective Client and Expert and must be signed before HireWise can finalise and initiate the services. The Client and Expert have the right not to accept the Terms and Conditions and hence not engage in HireWise's services.
